Therapy and support through life's transitions.

There are many reasons people seek therapy. You may be navigating a difficult life event or loss, struggling in relationships, finding yourself caught in familiar patterns, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and your experiences. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what feels difficult within the context of your life and relationships.

Therapy can provide a space to explore both present-day challenges and the experiences that have shaped you, helping you develop greater self-awareness, understand recurring patterns, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

 

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. I also have a particular interest in supporting women through the emotional, relational and identity shifts that often accompany becoming a parent. My approach is relational, trauma-informed and integrative, offering a thoughtful and collaborative space where experiences can be explored with curiosity, compassion and care.
