Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy
I work exclusively with women. Sessions, either in person in my Reigate clinic or online, provide a confidential and collaborative space to explore whatever feels important to you, whether that relates to present-day challenges, relationships, significant life events, recurring patterns, or aspects of your past that continue to influence your life today.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and integrative, and I tailor therapy to the individual rather than working in a one-size-fits-all way.
While we may focus on present-day challenges and experiences in the here and now, I am also interested in the deeper patterns that shape how we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others. Together, we may explore how past experiences and less conscious ways of being continue to influence life in the present, helping to bring greater awareness and understanding to difficulties that can otherwise feel confusing or repetitive.
- Sessions are 50 minutes long and are available online or in person in Reigate, Surrey.
- The fee is £65 per session.
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those who may otherwise find therapy financially inaccessible. If cost feels like a barrier to accessing support, please feel free to get in touch to discuss availability.
I know that reaching out for therapy for the first time can feel daunting. I aim to offer a space that feels warm, welcoming and free from judgement, and I look forward to hearing from you.
I offer one-to-one therapy sessions for women seeking support, space to reflect, or to explore a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.

Corporate Maternity Support
Returning to work after having a child can be both rewarding and challenging. Alongside the practical demands of balancing work and family life, many women experience shifts in identity, confidence, priorities and wellbeing during this period, often while feeling pressure to return to normal quickly.
Drawing on my background in psychology, postnatal support, research into women's experiences of returning to work after maternity leave and psychotherapy, I offer specialist one-to-one counselling for employees navigating this transition.
Sessions provide a confidential space to explore themes such as:
- Anxiety, overwhelm and burnout
- Loss of confidence or identity shifts
- Balancing work and family life
- Difficult fertility, pregnancy or postnatal experiences
- Feelings of guilt, pressure or isolation
- Changing priorities, relationships and expectations
